A service becoming more familiar to companies moving out are lease surrender services. This term applies to customers vacating there office space upon lease expirations or in cases where early termination of a lease occurs.

Landlords require tenants to be responsible for insuring the following:

1. All wiring and cabling to be removed from ceilings and equipment/server rooms.

2. All floor mounted electrical mounts are removed and capped by a licensed electrician.

3. Any walls in need of patching and painting must be completed.

All the above are requirements to satisfy lease terms.
